About the Role

The Sr. Analyst, EMEA Field Events plays a key role in delivering Salesforce’s growing EMEA event portfolio. Sitting within Global Field Programs, this role focuses on event planning, execution, and delivery to support Field Marketing and Sales priorities. By centralizing execution and driving consistency through standardized processes and toolkits, this position ensures events across the region are executed efficiently, deliver measurable impact, and align to Salesforce’s growth targets, including 17% YoY growth and a 32% MDP contribution (est. $300M MDP).

What You’ll Do
  • Provide centralized planning and execution support for field events across EMEA.
  • Standardize event processes, templates, and toolkits to ensure consistent planning and delivery.
  • Manage and deliver the regional third-party event portfolio to support Sales and Field Marketing objectives.
  • Partner with Strategic Events and regional teams to support Tier 1 Salesforce event execution.
  • Lead post-event reporting, analysis, and ROI measurement to inform future event planning and Sales alignment.
  • Act as a strategic liaison between global and regional teams to align on event priorities, share best practices, and elevate customer engagement.
  • Ensure all events deliver brand consistency and an exceptional customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years of experience in event or field marketing, ideally in B2B.
  • Proven track record supporting large-scale event planning, logistics, and execution across multiple markets.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail in event delivery.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across Sales, Field Marketing, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with event budget tracking, vendor coordination, and process development.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and marketing tools; Tableau or event platforms a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Fluency in European languages a plus.
