A leading rewards and incentives company in the UK is looking for an experienced Email Marketing Manager to take ownership of email marketing as a core channel. You will drive customer engagement through well-crafted communication strategies, manage complex audiences, and optimise email programs. The ideal candidate has significant HubSpot experience and a passion for analytics. This role is based in Hove with a hybrid work model, offering 26 days of annual leave and various benefits.

Tillo is looking for an Email Marketing Manager to own email as a core marketing channel and help us deliver clear, timely communications that effectively support customers, target prospects, and ultimately drive new and existing business growth. You’ll plan and run programs that span lifecycle journeys, product updates, campaigns, and critical announcements. Your work will keep our customers informed, our prospects engaged, and our team aligned on what great email looks like.
You’ll join a tight-knit, ambitious marketing team of specialists that partners across the business to bring clarity and confidence to every touchpoint.
You’ll report to the Senior Marketing Manager and work closely with Creative, Demand Gen, Campaigns, RevOps, and our Account Management and Operations teams.
