What does a day in the life of an Email Marketing Executive involve?

  • Email Content Strategy
    Develop and implement tailored email content plans for each hotel, aligning with leisure, F&B, and M&E customer segments to enhance relevance and engagement.
  • Campaign Creation & Design
    Build and deploy email campaigns, including writing on-brand copy, designing templates, and creating visuals and animations that reflect hotel brand guidelines.
  • Audience Growth & Targeting
    Grow and segment email databases, implement triggered and automated campaigns, and use A/B testing to optimize performance and engagement.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting
    Monitor campaign metrics, produce monthly performance reports, and deliver insights for continuous improvement.
  • Compliance & CRM Integration
    Ensure all email activity complies with GDPR, support CRM integrations, and stay updated on email marketing trends and best practices.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in email marketing, preferably within hospitality or a multi-brand environment
  • Strong copywriting and design skills with keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in DotDigital or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital advertising tools
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
  • Knowledge of GDPR and email compliance standards
