• City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Experience in high-end commercial or mixed developments is needed.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned & reactive maintenance on systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical installations and HVAC systems.
• Respond to BMS alarms and perform emergency repairs.
