A leading boutique law firm in Greater London is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their highly ranked team. The role requires 2-4 PQE as a qualified solicitor in England & Wales, ideally from a Magic Circle, Silver Circle, or US firm. You will handle general commercial disputes including breach of contract and arbitration, while enjoying a dynamic culture and a low chargeable hour target of only 1300 hours, with 2-3 days in the office per week.

Qualifications

• 2-4 PQE within a Magic Circle, Silver Circle, or US law firm.
• Solid experience with shareholder remedies and negligence.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside a highly ranked commercial litigation team.
• Handle cases for large corporates and UHNWIs.
• Maintain low chargeable hour target of 1300 hours.
