Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality electrical repairs and planned maintenance across domestic properties.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults to ensure homes are safe and compliant.
• Carry out testing and planned preventative maintenance in line with regulations.
• Support the wider team with occasional multi-trade tasks.
• Manage daily workload using job management software and mobile technology.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and complete satisfaction surveys.
