Job description

Meridian is currently looking for ten electricians to work inside a manufacturing facility in Blackburn. Main duties will be to install containment and wiring inside containers. Electricians must have experience installing unistrut, basket and cable tray. The containers will then be shipped out to be installed in data centres across Europe.

Applicants must have a valid JIB Card. Free on‑site parking is provided.

Pay: £24.00 per hour CIS for the first nine hours per day; £30.00 per hour after nine per day and all day Saturday. (PAYE alternative rates available).

Hours: 48 hours per week. Minimum four‑month duration. Weekend work is available at enhanced rates but is optional.
