A leading independent motorsport company in Banbury is seeking an Electrical Technician to build and test wiring looms. The role involves working in a fast-paced team environment while ensuring high standards of work. Ideal candidates will have experience in wiring looms, an understanding of electrical theory, and a meticulous approach to record keeping. Due to sustained and growing demand on our in-house electrical loom manufacturing team, we are looking for an Electrical Technician to join us in Banbury, providing support across our programmes.

Who are we looking for?
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience building wiring looms and harnesses from engineering drawings, and have an understanding of electrical theory. You will have a flexible approach to work and be able to work calmly under pressure. Previous experience within motorsport is preferred but not essential. A meticulous attitude to record keeping is essential.
