Electrical Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a high‑end residential apartment project, focusing on shell & core and luxury fit‑out works. This freelance role is ideal for someone with strong on‑site supervisory experience who can ensure all electrical installations meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

About the Project

You will be supervising electrical works on a prestigious residential development comprising premium apartments. The project includes shell & core, communal areas, and high‑specification residential fit‑outs, requiring excellent attention to detail and strict adherence to programme and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all on‑site electrical trades, including electricians and subcontractors
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and designs; ensure correct installation and compliance
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks of electrical works
• Coordinate daily with other trade supervisors, the project manager, and site management
• Enforce all health & safety requirements: RAMS, PPE, safe working systems
• Review electrical test sheets, commissioning documents, and compliance records
• Monitor progress, identify risks or delays, and escalate where necessary
• Assist with snagging, defect resolution, and handover documentation
• Maintain accurate daily/weekly reports, timesheets, material usage logs, and site records

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 3 years' experience as an Electrical Supervisor
• Proven background in residential projects – high‑end apartments preferred
• Strong understanding of shell & core and luxury fit‑out electrical packages
• Valid ECS Gold Card
• SSSTS qualification
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills
