Job summary

A major UK M&E contractor is seeking an experienced Freelance Electrical Site Manager for a high-profile healthcare project in East Sussex. The role pays up to £375 a day and involves managing self-delivery teams and compliance with Health and Safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&E and Building Services, as well as experience in reporting using Fieldview software. This temporary position is expected to last for at least 9 months.

Qualifications

• Proven background of experience in Building Services and M&E.
• Able to manage self delivery teams and sub-contractors effectively.
• Experience with M&E Fit-out projects.
