Qualifications

• Strong electrical background within MEP or technical building services.
• Proven experience in a pre‑construction or estimating role.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and coordinate across technical disciplines.
• Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator, capable of representing the business at all stages of the pre‑construction process.

Responsibilities

• Leading the pre‑construction process on MEP and full turnkey projects.
• Reviewing electrical and MEP design solutions, identifying value engineering opportunities.
• Managing bid programmes, tender returns, and technical submissions.
• Collaborating with estimating, design, and project management teams.
• Engaging with clients, consultants, and suppliers to develop innovative and cost‑effective solutions.
• Engage with suppliers and contractors regarding electrical, mechanical & civils packages.
• Supporting smooth handover to the delivery team post‑contract award.
