Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor or Senior Electrical Engineer in FMCG or manufacturing.
• Strong electrical fault‑finding skills within a fast‑paced production environment.
• Experience supervising or mentoring engineers on shift or day‑based teams.

Responsibilities

• Providing hands‑on electrical maintenance support across production and packaging lines.
• Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults on PLC‑controlled and automated machinery.
• Leading, delegating, and supporting a team of electrical and multi‑skilled engineers.
• Managing daily workloads, job allocation, and maintenance priorities.
• Supporting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules and continuous improvement activity.
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety, electrical standards, and site procedures.
