Overview

M&E Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Tennants Side - Victoria - Up to £45,000. An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based near Victoria. CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting for an M&E Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial office located right by Victoria Station. The role involves carrying out PPMs and reactive building maintenance alongside the on-site maintenance team.

Hours of work

Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lighting (small installation, fault-finding, lamping, etc.)
  • Emergency lighting tests
  • Control Panels
  • Changing Ballast
  • BMS System – Monitor (i.e. hot & cold)
  • Maintain and update Log books
  • Plumbing – Unblocking toilets
  • General fabric works
Package

Requirements / Qualifications
  • Electrically OR Mechanically qualified – City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (Required)
