Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in building services.
• Good working knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC plant, and building services equipment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs.
• Electrical work including lighting, wiring, testing, fire alarms, BMS, and lighting systems.
• Fault-finding and repairs on AHUs, FCUs, UPS, generators, and LV systems.
