Electrical Maintenance Engineer - High-End Residential - FM Service Provider - Battersea - Up to £50,000

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Battersea has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based on a high-end residential site located right by Battersea. The successful candidate will be required to carry out PPMs and reactive building maintenance to both electrical and mechanical systems on site.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in Electrical, Mechanical & general building maintenance.

Hours of work:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 17:00 pm
  • No Callouts

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lighting (small installations, fault-finding, lamping, etc.)
  • Emergency lighting tests
  • Control panels
  • Changing ballasts
  • BMS system monitoring (hot & cold)
  • Maintain and update log books
  • Plumbing - unblocking toilets
  • Pumps and motors

Requirements:

  • Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (Required)
  • 18th Edition (Required)
  • Ability to provide copies of trade certificates
  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled
  • Good communication skills
  • Client-facing experience
