About the role: We’re now hiring for 4 on 4 off shifts on a mix of days and nights which attracts an average OTE of £55,000-£60,000 inclusive of typical overtime and shift premiums.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you’ll work with cutting-edge technology to keep our manufacturing operations running at peak performance. From troubleshooting and problem-solving to driving continuous improvement, your role will be hands-on and varied.
You’ll maintain and optimise a wide range of advanced equipment including newly installed robots and fibreoptic lasers ensuring everything runs smoothly. Some of our machinery is so specialised that your expertise may even be called upon internationally, offering exciting opportunities to travel as part of a global team.
