Location: Static Site based in Cambridge

Terms: Monday - Friday split days shifts (07:00 to 15:30 / 13:30 to 22:00) Rotation weekly.

Salary is paying £45,000-£46,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a team on a hospital contract in Cambridge.
• Perform PPMs & reactive maintenance.
• Manage PPMs, logbooks, and compliance.
• Handle output for tasks such as Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, Lighting, AHUs, FCUs, Plant room checks, etc.

Candidate requirements:

• Client-facing experience (interacting directly with clients or customers).
• Experience leading a team within the facilities maintenance industry.
• Strong building services background.
• At least three years' experience as an Engineer.
