Electrical Installation Supervisor (Automation Projects)

Salary : £45,000 per annum + overtime

Location : UK wide - Offices based in Dudley

Job Type : Full-Time, Permanent

Hours : 40 hours per week + paid overtime

Overtime Rates :

• Saturday : Time and a half
• Sunday : Double time
• Bank Holidays : Double time

Our client, a growing and well-established automation and electrical installation specialist, is seeking an Electrical Installation Supervisor to join their delivery team.

This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing electrical installation works on automation projects across the UK. You will play a central part in planning, site coordination, team leadership, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

The Role

As Electrical Installation Supervisor, you will be responsible for :

• Supervising electrical installation activities on live project sites
• Maintaining and updating the Electrical Installation Handbook
• Planning and organising site activities ahead of project kick-off
• Creating job installation packs and supporting project planning
• Ordering, controlling, and coordinating materials and equipment
• Leading site inductions and project kick-off briefings
