We are partnering with a purpose-driven, fast-growing Renewable Energy company seeking an experienced Electrical Installation Manager to oversee the safe and efficient delivery of commercial solar and broader renewables projects.

The Opportunity

Salary: £55,000 - £64,000 per annum

Role Overview

As Electrical Installation Manager, you will be responsible for leading the electrical delivery of solar PV and renewable energy systems across commercial sites throughout the UK. You will manage on-site teams and subcontractors, ensuring all works meet industry standards, project deadlines, and safety requirements. This is a key operational role that requires strong technical experience, team leadership, and the ability to drive quality and compliance in a fast-paced, growing renewables environment.

• A qualified electrical professional with hands-on experience in commercial solar PV and renewable installations
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., 18th Edition, BS7671, G99/G100); battery storage experience is a plus
• Proven experience managing installation teams and subcontractors across multiple sites
• Confident in maintaining site safety, electrical compliance, and high-quality project execution
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset
