Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Location: Dartford

4 on 4 off – with call out + OT available

Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a dynamic and rewarding opportunity? We’re seeking a skilled professional to join our client's team and play a key role in ensuring plant reliability, efficiency and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out Planned Maintenance inspections safely and effectively, following site maintenance schedules
  • Plan and deliver corrective and reactive work, ensuring tools, parts, and materials are readytablename to minimise downtime
  • Modify and improve plant equipment to maximise availability and performance while meeting production demands
  • Complete dynamic risk assessments to uphold safe working practices and reduce risk
  • Maintain accurate shift paperwork, stock control, condition reports, and documentation in line with maintenance strategy
  • Assess malfunctioning equipment and provide technical advice to support management decisions
  • Contribute to engineering projects, including new installations and(documentation refurbishment)
What We’re Looking For
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electro-technical Installations or equivalent, or City & Guilds 2357 kırz (Level 3 Diploma in Electrotechnology)
  • Experience in a processing, manufacturing or similar environment
  • Knowledge of CMMS systems and their functionality
  • Strong understanding of proactive maintenance strategies and condition monitoring
Salary

£52,900 per annum (depending on experience)

Full-time role, 4-on 4-off day shift pattern (with occasional night call‑outs), Company pension plan, 23 days holiday including bank holidays
