Qualifications

  • Electrical City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 / Level 3 or equivalent required.
  • Demonstrate understanding of statutory compliance for HVAC and Water Treatment.
  • Health & Safety IOSH Working Safely qualification or similar.
  • Experience in a customer facing role is necessary.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Day to day servicing of the Electrical Infrastructure and breakdown maintenance.
  • Conduct PPM and planned maintenance within service level agreements.
  • Carry out fault finding and inspections on electrical services.
  • Assist with sub-contractor inductions.
  • Conduct reactive and Extra Work requirements as needed.

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our team in London.

Working as an Electrical Engineer you will be responsible for Maintenance, response, and fault analysis of building operations within the Building Services Team

What you’ll do:

  • Day to day servicing of the Electrical Infrastructure and the ability to carry out breakdown maintenance on mechanical/electrical systems and equipment
  • Conduct PPM and planned maintenance, response, and fault analysis within service level agreements.
  • Carry out fault finding and plant adjustments, check and inspect electrical services, plant, and systems, and complete maintenance tasks in accordance with contract specification
  • To be aware of Safe Systems of Work and its application, performed under the terms of the contract.
  • To assist with carrying out sub-contractor inductions and putting people safely to work
  • When required, conduct reactive and Extra Work requirements in adherence to set engineering standards in accordance with HASAWA legislation and Our Way of Working

What you\'ll bring to the role:

  • Electrical City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 / Level 3 or equivalent, BMS experience
  • Demonstrate understanding of statutory compliance HVAC and Water Treatment
  • Health & Safety IOSH Working Safely qualification or similar
  • Ability to demonstrate experience in a customer facing role
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
