The Role

• Deliver high-quality technical training across all key electrical disciplines.
• Manage group learning journeys and progression for electrical training groups.
• Achieve performance targets related to success rates and timely skills development.
• Handle administrative tasks related to electrical training, assessments, and internal quality assurance.
• Lead by example in safety performance within the workplace.
• Promote Elec Training as an ambassador, fostering a culture of continuous development, inclusivity, and proactive bias management.
• Maintain and develop your own CPD to stay current with industry standards, legislation, and competencies.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery of training solutions.

Ideal Profile

• Experience in delivering technical and theoretical learning programs.
• Ability to manage health, safety, and environmental aspects within the learning environment.
• Technical competence with a proven track record.
• Experience in technical roles with a good understanding of operational procedures.
• Ability to facilitate group learning and smaller interventions.
• Strong communication skills across all business levels.
• Knowledge of effective learning delivery methodologies.
• Experience in classroom coaching and facilitating sessions.
• Comfort with state-of-the-art facilities to support optimal learning experiences.
• Support learners’ personal development and broader skills understanding.
• Role split equally between teaching and assessing.
• Practical electrical skills, Level 3 Assessing qualification or equivalent, Level 4 Internal Quality Audit certification or equivalent, and relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., C&G 2396, C&G 2391, Solar PV, EV, EESS).
