The successful candidate will manage reactive and preventative maintenance, ensuring operational efficiency of critical electrical systems. Astute's power team are looking for an Electrical, Controls and Instrumentation Technician to a large Energy from Waste plant located in Kent, South East England. This plant can produce up to 45MW of Power by up to 550,000 tonnes of waste per year, usually destined for landfill.
As an Electrical, Controls and Instrumentation Technician you'll be responsible for all reactive & preventative maintenance across a variety of critical equipment including DCS/SCADA Systems, PLC's, drives, motors, switchgear etc.
