A leading charity in sensory support is looking for an Education Service Manager for its College in Streatley. This role involves managing quality education and care for learners with sensory impairments and additional learning difficulties. The successful candidate will work closely with staff and external authorities to ensure that all learners' needs are met, along with leading professional development and safeguarding practices. Ideal applicants will have relevant qualifications and experience in educational management, as well as a commitment to inclusivity.
Sense has an exciting opportunity for a Education Service Manager to join our fantastic College team. This will be a full time, permanent position working at our College in Streatley.
The successful candidate will work with the Deputy ESM and senior college colleagues to effectively manage, plan and implement quality education, learning and care provision for learners with sensory loss/impairment and additional learning difficulties, who have an Education, Health and Care plan (EHCP) in place. You will be supporting the centre staff in participating fully in the development of Sense College education, learning and care provision that meets the needs and requirements of learners and external funding authorities.
