Join Us as Our Education Partnerships Development Manager! Are you passionate about shaping the future of education and workforce development in the sport and physical activity sector? We're looking for a strategic and relationship-driven professional to lead the charge in growing and nurturing our network of training provider partners.

Responsibilities
  • Drive partnership growth by expanding our network and embedding CIMSPA’s services across training providers.
  • Build and strengthen relationships, ensuring our partners feel supported, engaged, and inspired.
  • Lead on retention and engagement, helping partners thrive while proactively identifying new opportunities to increase our collective impact.
  • Champion excellence and best practice across the sector, positioning CIMSPA as the leading voice in education and workforce development.
  • Managing and growing relationships with education/training providers.
  • Ensuring partners are engaged, supported, and aligned with CIMSPA standards.
  • Strengthening long-term partnerships to boost retention and satisfaction.
  • Recruiting new education partners.
  • Identifying and converting commercial opportunities.
  • Supporting campaigns to drive engagement and uptake.
  • Promoting CIMSPA products and services to partners.
  • Gathering insights to shape relevant offerings.
  • Representing provider needs internally.
  • Ensuring smooth delivery of partnership commitments.
  • Contributing to partnership and commercial strategy.
  • Monitoring performance and market trends.
  • Representing CIMSPA at sector events and forums.

Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 per annum
