Qualifications

  • Experience of working in a busy office environment.
  • Previous HR experience.
  • A good team player, who can work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Previous experience of drafting policies, procedures, HR documents.
  • High levels of integrity, honesty and credibility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Microsoft packages – Excel/Word/Outlook/databases.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective operation of an administrative support service for the HR team.
  • Manage the FusionHR ticketing system, including checking appointment details.
  • Draft and amend contractual terms, issuing new contracts.
  • Liaise with relevant contact person(s) at the client base.
