This is a great opportunity for a Senior Chef de Partie to join a progressive company at one of their recently refurbished award-winning gastro pubs. This busy village gastro pub located near Selby is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to assist in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. The seasonally changing menus consist of Modern British dishes that are created with fresh locally sourced ingredients. The pub has a great reputation in the area and as Snr Chef de Partie, you will be expected to ensure that this reputation is maintained whilst also helping to build new business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef looking to work in a busy fresh food environment with plenty of opportunities to gain experience and progress within the company.
Requirements:
This would be an ideal role for a Senior Chef de Partie who has been working in respected volume fresh food pubs and who has had rosette training. The ability to work well under pressure when leading a team, knowledge of all sections in the kitchen, able to complete kitchen paperwork and order stock.
