Simply Education are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Early Careers Teacher (ECT) to join a supportive team at a primary school in Lincoln. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to shape the educational journeys of young learners in an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting.
The Role:
As an EYFS Teacher, you will create an engaging and nurturing learning environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning.
Your responsibilities will include:
Planning and delivering a broad and balanced EYFS curriculum tailored to the unique needs of each child.
Implementing innovative teaching strategies to support the development of essential skills, including literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional learning.

Building strong relationships with parents and caregivers, keeping them informed and involved in their child's educational journey.

Requirements:

Prior experience working in an EYFS setting, either through teaching placements or professional roles.
