Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Exposure to ecommerce platforms like SFCC, Shopify Plus, or Magento.
• Good understanding of agile delivery processes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Gather, clarify, and document business and functional requirements.
• Produce user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Collaborate with teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Support testing efforts, including UAT coordination and hands-on testing.
• Track and help resolve issues during release cycles.
