Are you a passionate and nurturing educator with a heart for supporting children with special educational needs? We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to join our dedicated team at a warm and inclusive SEN school where every child is celebrated for who they are.

Our school is a vibrant and supportive environment catering to children aged 2-5 with a range of complex needs, including autism, global developmental delay, and sensory processing differences. We pride ourselves on providing a child-centred, play-based curriculum that promotes independence, communication, and social development.

The Role

As an Early Years Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated learning experiences tailored to each child\'s needs
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that supports emotional, social, and academic development
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including teaching assistants, therapists, and parents/carers
  • Use a range of communication strategies, including PECS, Makaton, and visual supports
  • Support children with personal care and sensory needs as required
