Summary

We are currently looking for a passionate early years practitioner to join the Nursery at St Francis’ College.

Details

This is an exciting opportunity to join our school and work within our excellent all-year-round nursery.

Set in Letchworth Garden City, St. Francis' College has been providing a first-class education for girls for over 85 years, blending traditional values with a modern vision. Our Early Years provision is co-educational, allowing our youngest pupils to be educated together. At Reception age, girls will move to the Reception class, while boys will be prepared to start their school years at various local schools.

Within Early Years, our pupils receive individual care that promotes their spiritual, moral, intellectual, creative, and physical development. We recognize each child's unique qualities and encourage social responsibility and respect for others.

The children are taught in a purpose-built, stimulating, safe, and secure environment, benefiting from the facilities of the main school. Kindergarten children begin their Foundation Stage, engaging in play-based learning and gaining confidence through participation in department productions and concerts.

The successful candidate should be passionate about children's learning. The role is for 40 hours per week on a shift pattern.
