Part-Time Early Years Practitioner (24 hours per week)

Are you a dedicated Early Years Practitioner looking for a part-time role that offers flexibility and a rewarding environment? Aspire People is currently seeking a passionate individual to fill a part-time role at a highly respected nursery.

Whats on Offer
  • One Part-Time Role (24 hours per week)
  • Shifts: Ideally Tuesday - Thursday, but open to other days.
  • Early Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Mid Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Late Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • All shifts include a 1-hour unpaid break.
  • Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience
  • 30 days paid annual leave (pro-rated for part-time staff)
  • Paid Bank Holidays
  • All-year-round working
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent care and learning opportunities for children aged 0-5 years.
  • Develop age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Help create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment.
Ideal Candidate
  • L3 qualified Early Years Practitioner (or equivalent) or an outstanding L2 Nursery Nurse ready to complete a L3 apprenticeship.
  • Passionate about early childhood education and care.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating shift basis, ideally Tuesday - Thursday.
