Salary: Salary – Scale 6(point 18 to 22 - £10,784 to £11,523 – actual salary plus, London Weighting -£787 actual LW)

Hours 13.5 hours perweek

Times: 2 days per weekTerm Time Only

The Person:

  • Have experience of workingEYFS.
  • Demonstrate flexibility, beingable to work on your own initiative as well as follow guidance fromteachers.
  • Demonstrate good behaviourmanagement strategies.
  • Have a good standard of spokenand written English.
  • Be able to support children withspecific needs.
  • Know when to adapt teaching tomake it simpler or harder.
  • Provide feedback to children andstaff.
  • Engage in CPD to enhance your ownskill set and develop strategies to support a wide level of need.
  • Work in partnership with parents/ carers and external professional agencies as and when needed.
