Responsibilities

• Assisting children with early reading and early maths skills development
• Encouraging development through play and exploration, and activities that are stimulating for children\'s imagination and creativity
• Carrying out observations and assessing key children\'s development and progress
• Providing a safe, supportive and stimulating environment, where every child is able to grow at their own pace
• Planning exciting and engaging lessons and activities, following the EYFS curriculum closely
• Helping children to develop positive relationships and form/build on their social skills

Requirements

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential)
• Experience working in a nursery or childcare setting is desirable
