Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a supportive and well‑resourced mainstream Primary school in Houghton Regis.

Our partner school is looking for a reliable, friendly and nurturing Early Years Professional who can make a real impact in their nursery from day one.

You will be responsible for several key children, building relationships with parents and creating a stimulating and safe work environment for the children.

A qualification of Level 2 or Level 3 is essential for this role.

This is a full‑time role and term‑time only.

Tradewind are looking for motivated Early Years professionals who make the most of every interaction with the children.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher in delivering the EYFS curriculum

• Contribute to observations, assessments and learning journals
• Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment for all pupils
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and staff
• Uphold safeguarding and school policies at all times

Requirements

• Level 2 or 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification (essential)
• Experience working within a nursery or school‑based Early Years setting
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, caring approach
• Hold (or be willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS on the update service
