Overview

This role is essential in ensuring the accurate and timely distribution of early years finance to providers across the Island. You will play a key part in managing the headcount process and supporting providers with funding-related queries. Process headcount data submitted by early years providers to calculate funding allocations. Maintain and update funding records and databases with precision. Communicate effectively with providers to resolve discrepancies or answer funding-related questions. Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to funding distribution. Ensure compliance with funding regulations and local authority policies. Provide guidance to providers on completing funding applications and headcount forms.
