Are you an Early Careers Teacher or a Newly Qualified Teacher looking to start your teaching career in Leeds? We are working with a variety of Primary and SEND schools across the City of Leeds and can offer day‑to‑day, long‑term or permanent positions. Leeds 2‑3 days a week (with travel across the North and some UK‑wide travel) – Permanent.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • A natural relationship builder who enjoys creating new connections and strengthening them over time – both internally and externally.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt your style and engage confidently with everyone from A‑Level students to undergraduates, postgraduates and senior stakeholders.
  • Flexibility and resilience to balance multiple priorities, thriving in both busy and quieter periods of the recruitment cycle.
  • A conscientious and detail‑focused approach, with the drive to take real ownership of TTP’s early‑careers recruitment and make a visible impact.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to be fully on‑site 5 days a week.
