Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an EA supporting senior leadership, ideally within financial or professional services.
  • Experience working within or alongside an HR function is highly desirable.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and discreet approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and confidence in learning new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive diary, meeting, and travel management for two Senior Managers within the HR function.
  • Support HR-led projects, initiatives, and workflow, ensuring milestones are met and stakeholders are informed.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Act as a liaison between HR and other internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and project delivery.
  • Manage expense processing, budget tracking, and documentation for the HR leadership.

Executive Assistant – HR Support & Projects

Salary

£60,000 – £68,000 depending on experience

Hybrid set up

3 days in the office / 2 days remote
