Location: West End, London

Type: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: £45k - £70k, DOE

Set up: 4 days in office, 1 day WFH

Hours: 8.30am – 5pm

Role Overview

This is a combined EA and Office Manager role, acting as the go-to person for the office. You will provide trusted EA support to two senior team members, helping to make their day to day lives more efficient, while also ensuring the smooth running of the office. The office management side is light Touch but essential, ideal for someone who enjoys ownership and variety.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide EA support to two senior members, including diary management, inbox monitoring, and meeting coordination
  • Assist with light travel arrangements and logistics as required
  • Act as a gatekeeper, helping to prioritise time and manage competing demands
  • Ensure the office runs smoothly, with supplies stocked and systems working effectively
  • Act as the main point of contact for the landlord and building management
  • Coordinate office services and suppliers as needed
  • Support with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects to keep the business operating efficiently
  • Bring structure, organisation, and proactive problem-solving to a growing firm
Who You Are
  • 2+ years’ experience as an EA/Office Manager within a small firm
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, confident, and comfortable working autonomouslyPolished communicator with a professional and discreet approach
  • Enjoys being the central support figure in a small office environment
