Marketing Manager

1 Year Fixed Contract

Are you an enthusiastic and results-driven individual with a passion for data-driven marketing strategies? We have an opportunity for a marketing manager to join a dynamic and fast-growing business intelligence company. You will be responsible for implementing and upholding email marketing best practices for optimal campaign performance and engagement.

You will also be responsible for making targeted and relevant data selections from their CRM that will provide optimum conversion rates. You will produce and present comprehensive reports, extracting valuable insights on email performance, data metrics, lead generation, HR, and ROI which will result in you ensuring best deliverability results by monitoring industry practices and email guidelines.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Manages all data selections from their CRM to ensure data is segmented and targeted correctly for all campaigns across both brands.
  2. Oversee and manage all email campaigns, collaborating closely with the copywriter to ensure compelling copy and content.
  3. Lead migration project from current Email Service Provider to new platform, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption.
  4. Conduct A/B testing to optimize performance.
  5. Take charge of the email schedule and diligently follow best practices, aiming for exceptional open, click-through, and lead conversion rates.
  6. Collate and generate comprehensive reports that provide valuable insights into email performance, data metrics, lead generation.
  7. Plans campaign strategy using analysis gathered, and provides recommendations to the wider marketing team.
  8. Ensure Spotler and Workbooks are mapped and synchronised correctly, by collaborating with the CRM manager.
  9. Working closely with the database manager to ensure timely database builds are completed in line with upcoming campaigns.
  10. Implementing and upholding best practices for email marketing to ensure optimal campaign performance and engagement.

What are we looking for?

  1. 1-3 years experience of end-to-end marketing campaign management & CRM.
  2. Ideally degree educated.
  3. Experience using a Marketing Automation Platform, ideally Spotler is desirable.
  4. Analyse and thoroughly understand campaign performance, by segment, by tactic, by market to optimize future campaign lead generation performance.
  5. Ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines.
  6. Critical thinker.
  7. Strong analytical skills.
  8. HTML coding and editing ideally.
  9. Photoshop retouching and image editing.
