Your tasks
  1. Maintain machinery in an orderly condition according to the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) schedule.
  2. Work with the latest state-of-the-art equipment.
  3. Carry out repairs to first line production equipment utilizing our extensive spares.
  4. Collaborate with other departments and use machine downtime (OEE) data to identify and implement improvements for increased uptime.
  5. Minimize the costs of maintenance by optimizing the use of resources and implementing cost-effective solutions.
  6. Participate in the improvements of machine operation, production processes, standards, and company procedures.
  7. Engage in various project activities related to machinery upgrades, installations, and modifications.
  8. Provide technical advice when required.
  9. Mentor apprentices by sharing knowledge and best practices to develop their skills.
Your Profile
  1. ONC/HNC or Equivalent in Electromechanical/Multiskilled or Engineering background.
  2. Work experience in a similar role.
  3. Understanding of production requirements.
  4. Advantageous knowledge in Siemens and TIA PLC programs but not essential.
  5. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
