Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in London is seeking a D365 Development and Support Lead to manage CRM applications. You will customize Dynamics D365, integrate Azure services, and provide user support. The ideal candidate has strong CRM experience, particularly in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, alongside familiarity with development best practices. This role is flexible with 2 days on-site work per week.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Dynamics D365 CE configuration and customization.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform including Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Experience in integrating Azure services and using KingswaySoft.

An established financial services organisation is looking to recruit a D365 Development and Support Lead, to deliver and maintain CRM applications following development best practices and provide user support to these same applications. You will work closely with suppliers, partners and line manager to deliver solutions to meet business requirements.

Key responsibilities
  • Dynamics D365 CE Configuration and Customisation (Build and configure workflows, automations, plugins, APIs, and integrations)
  • Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, PowerBI)
  • Integrate Azure services (Logic Apps, API Management)
  • Dynamics 365 integration using KingswaySoft
  • Data Migration using Kingsway Soft
  • ITIL experience and qualifications
  • Visual Studio 2019 or higher
  • CI/CD
  • Version control and branching methodologies using GIT
  • Application integration using SOAP web services and REST APIs
  • OWASP Top 10 security framework
