Job summary

A leading technology recruitment firm is seeking a Dynamics 365 Customer Service Specialist for a contract role in Manchester. In this hands-on position, you will configure, customize, and optimize the CRM platform while supporting Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Automate. This is a hybrid role with two days required on-site in Manchester.

Dynamics 365 Customer Service Specialist - Contract

Dynamics 365 Customer Service Specialist required to support our public sector client to work across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 environments, supporting BAU operations as well as driving enhancements and integrations.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be configuring, customising, and optimising the CRM platform, while also administering associated Microsoft 365 services.

Remote with 2 days per week on site in Manchester

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop CMS change requests
• Monitor and improve performance using Dataverse Application Insights
• Build automation flows using Power Automate to reduce manual tasks
• Utilise WebAPI for integrations and data operations
• Maintain the Dynamics 365 Contact Center
• Copilot Studio – build voice/chat bots
• Copilot Analytics – track and optimise performance
• Configure and maintain MSCRMAddons and other CRM enhancements
• Provide BAU support for CMS, SharePoint, Teams, and related services

Experience required

• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service
• Solid understanding of Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Experience with WebAPI integrations
• Exposure to Copilot Studio / Copilot Analytics highly desirable
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (SharePoint, Teams)
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
