A leading tech solutions provider in Basingstoke is seeking a 3rd Line Cloud Support Network Engineer to assist high profile clients utilizing cutting-edge technology. This role requires daily customer interaction, the ability to monitor and triage issues, and presence on site, with potential shift hours. Candidates with previous high-level security clearance will be favored. Competitive rate offered.
As a 3rd Line Cloud Support Network Engineer you will be working with new technologies within a team that values the sharing of ideas to build a better service. Your role will involve assisting high profile user community, daily contact with customers and stakeholders utilising the IT Service Management Toolset. The monitoring of Event Management tooling, triage and escalation is critical to the role.
Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 18 weeks.
