Pulse has recently partnered with one of the UK’s specialist providers of diagnostic and healthcare solutions. We are currently looking for an experienced Duty Pharmacy Manager, who can provide overall support for the clinical leadership of the service. This post is based in Colchester, which is easily accessible via public transport.

About the role:

As a Duty Pharmacy Manager, you’ll be working in a community pharmacy in Colchester, with the opportunity to make a real impact on others’ lives. Whether supporting pharmacists, providing top-notch services to customers, or fostering community spirit, your work will touch the lives of hundreds of people every day.

Full-time 36 hours per week or part-time 30 hours per week.

Your main responsibilities as a Duty Pharmacy Manager:
  • Supply prescriptions, deliver NHS and Private services, and provide healthcare advice to customers
  • Support the Pharmacy Manager to lead, train, and develop colleagues
  • Build relationships with Primary Care Networks and GPs’ surgeries
  • Ensure accurate payment claims for NHS-covered items
