Full time 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Sun). Shift times: flexibility to work long days, nights & weekends. Permanent Contract.

We are recruiting a Duty Nurse Manager to join our nursing team at The London Bridge Hospital currently rated “outstanding” by the CQC.
The Duty Nurse Manager team are an integral part of the operational running of the hospital, responsible for running the in and out of hours challenges an acute hospital provides.
This role requires a strong leadership background, excellent communication, experience in key decision making, risk management, problem solving and good governance understanding. The Duty Manager will work closely with the Matron & Chief Nursing Officer to support visible leadership at the Princess Grace Hospital.
The Duty Nurse Manager is responsible for the safe and effective running of the site 24/7 and holds a range of responsibilities including coordinating flow to our inpatient wards, responding to Major Incident situations/alerts, holding nominated Officer of Fire responsibility, out of hours and providing senior support to all units.
