Job summary

A leading retirement village operator is seeking a Fixed-term Duty Manager at their Clevedon location. This 37.5 hours per week role includes reception duties and first responding for residents. The ideal candidate will have prior administration and customer service experience, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work independently. Qualifications

  • Current First Aid Certificate preferred, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact for visitors and residents.
  • Provide tours and introduce prospective residents to the lifestyle.
  • Keep communal areas clean and tidy.
