Overview

Dual-Site Dental Practice Manager / Wimbledon, SW London and Byfleet, Surrey / Full Time

MBR Dental are assisting two independent dental practices located in Wimbledon, SW London and Byfleet, Surrey to recruit a Dual-Site Dental Practice Manager on a fixed term basis.

Contract details: immediate start with notice periods considered, 1 year fixed term, full time (40 hours per week), flexible working pattern, salary £40k per annum depending on experience. Potential for the role to become permanent in the future. You will be required to manage both practices located in Wimbledon and Byfleet.

Responsibilities

• Carry out management duties to ensure effective growth, development and running of the practices.
• Marketing, staff development, HR & recruitment, compliance, managing KPIs & P&Ls.
• Support clinicians to achieve their goals.
• Deliver and source staff training / development for the practice teams and manage conflict.
• Patient-orientated leadership and act as an inspirational team leader.

Practice details

• Both sites are 3-surgery practices with general dentists, specialists, and hygienists.
• Software: Dentally.
• Parking available at Byfleet practice.

Qualifications

• All candidates ideally have previous dental practice management experience.
• GDC registration is desirable.
