As a Dual Registered Manager, you will:
  • Lead two children's homes with vision, integrity, and empathy.
  • Create a safe, structured environment where young people feel seen, heard, and valued.
  • Inspire, mentor, and develop your teams to deliver outstanding care.
  • Ensure full compliance with Ofsted, Children's Homes Regulations, and Quality Standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement through audits, reflective supervision, and professional development.
  • Build strong partnerships with families, local authorities, and professionals.
  • Manage budgets effectively, maintaining both quality and sustainability.

You are a confident, trauma‑informed leader who believes in the power of connection, compassion, and consistency. You bring both operational expertise and a genuine heart for making a difference.

Essential
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care and Children & Young People’s Services (or working towards).
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in children's residential care.
