Job description

Overview

DT Technician required for a high-achieving school in west London. The school are looking for a DT Technician to come in to support a fantastic DT Department. The role is a full-time position and can be permanent. Salary £130 - £180 per day. ASAP start. Interviews over the next couple of weeks.

Ideal DT Technician / Key Responsibilities

• Lesson Preparation: Set up tools, equipment, and materials for practical lessons.
• Workshop Maintenance: Keep machinery and tools safe, organised, and fully operational.
• Student Support: Provide hands-on technical assistance during creative projects.
• Stock Management: Maintain an organised inventory and manage supply orders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with teachers to foster engaging, practical learning experiences.
